Important Details for SGIM24 Hotels


  • Check In: 4 p.m., Check Out: 12 p.m.
  • Parking:
    • Sheraton: Valet parking is available at $70 per day. Self-parking is not available on site.
    • Copley: Valet parking is available with in/out privileges at $69 per day. Self-parking is not available on site.
    • Hilton Boston Park Plaza: Valet parking is available with in/out privileges at $65 per day. Self-parking is not available on site.
    • Hilton Boston Back Bay: Self park at $59 per day. 
  • Internet is included in the room rate for up to two devices.
  • Cribs are available free of charge. Depending on the type of bedding in the room, a roll-away may be available for an additional fee.
  • Child Policy:
    • Hilton: Children under the age of 17 will stay free of charge with another adult.
  • Pet Policy:
    • Sheraton: Up to two pets of no more than 40lbs each are welcome to stay at the hotel for an additional fee of $50 per pet.
    • Copley: No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome.
    • Hilton Boston Park Plaza: Pets allowed, $75.00 non-refundable fee, 40 lbs maximum
    • Hilton Boston Back Bay: No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome.
