Apply for CME & MOC from SGIM17

To apply for up to 16.5 CME credits and MOC points between April 22 and June 19, 2017, SGIM17 attendees must:

  1. Complete the 2017 SGIM Annual Meeting MOC Questions by June 19, 2017 by 11:59 PM EST:

    You will be required to submit your ABIM number and your responses to the MOC Questions:

      • Please describe three things about clinical practice, teaching, research, advocacy, and/or leadership that you learned from the Annual Meeting.

      • Please describe three changes in your clinical practice, teaching, research, advocacy, and/or leadership that you plan as a result of the Annual Meeting. (You may also describe aspects of your clinical practice, teaching, research, advocacy, and/or leadership that you will continue as a result of this course.)

  2. Complete the CME/MOC Application: April 22-June 19, 2017 by 11:59 PM EST:
  • Go to http://www.sgim.org
  • Click on Members Login (top menu)
  • Click on CME History (side menu)
  • Click on Apply for CME credits
  • Click on 2017 SGIM Annual Meeting
  • Identify sessions you attended at the meeting
  • Click on Submit Application
  • Click the printer icon. Remember to save the certificate for your records.
