Howdy from the midst of the COVID pandemic!
We just capped out 3 extra COVID teams and are adding a 4th this week.
I'm posting about scheduling software and wondering what people are using?
Qgenda
OpenTempo
Lightning Bolt
AmIOn
Shift Admin
etc?
Right now, the each division, service line uses their own system, we use excel and pdfs and have patients showing up for docs on vacation.
I do need reporting capabilities and built a fairly robust platform on Opentempo at my last place.
As always, money is an issue, but currently my scheduling person spends 10 to 15 hours a week on scheduling.
There was a move to enterprise scheduling and that was quashed when the final bid came in due to cost.
What's worked and not worked for you?
Amion is used by the residency program, it works, but it is ugly from a GUI perspective.
