I am writing to invite you to participate in an anonymous survey regarding caring for patients with COVID-19.
We are looking to obtain your perspectives and any lessons learned to inform care for patients in areas of the country that have yet to hit their peak, as well as to inform policy for the anticipated second wave (expected fall 2020).
