I am a Clinician Educator in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto. I practise General Internal Medicine; I have been focused on Medical Education as a practitioner for 15 years, and as an academic for about 7. I am currently in a leadership position as Course Director for two new Medical School programs, and my academic research focuses on the effect that formal curricular structures may have on students' ability to reflect on their work as evolving professionals.
