HHS Education and Training Resources on Multiple Chronic Conditions (MCC) for the Healthcare Workforce

Technical Assistance webinars are now being offered for a new set of training materials for healthcare professionals which has been released by the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH), in collaboration with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the US Department of Health and Human Services.

 

This first-of-its kind, the HHS Education and Training Resources on Multiple Chronic Conditions (MCC) for the Healthcare Workforce will:

  • Provide health care professionals with education to care for people living with multiple chronic conditions.
  • Assist academic faculty and educators across the education continuum to provide the health care workforce with the necessary tools and knowledge to care for persons living with MCC across care settings.
  • Enhance new and existing education and training programs throughout the United States by emphasizing the use of interprofessional teams to provide better quality care to this vulnerable population.
