Canadian Society of Internal Medicine 2015 Annual Meeting
SGIM President Marshall Chin (pictured here with CSIM president Dr. Stephen Hwang) presented a lunchtime session at the recent CSIM annual meeting in Prince Edward Island.The presentation, on Chronic Disease Management in Disadvantaged Populations, was part of the meetings theme on GIM: Excellence in Hospital and Community Care."
