I hope everyone is well. SGIM 2026 information has been updated and the theme this year is:

Excellence in
Academic Medicine
The call for updates and workshops is 8/19-9/16 and clinical vignettes, abstracts and innovations 10/14-12/12. We are hoping to have a lot of workshop submissions from the group. The Excel spread sheet Katalina created is below to connect with others and add your ideas. We were also hoping to get together for a quick meeting 8/13 at 3pm EST (2 CST, 1 MST) for more collaboration. The zoom link is below, and we would love to see everyone. Getting co-sponsorship from other SIGs helps with acceptance, and the other interest group leaders have been open to cold emails. If you need help with those connections let me know. Looking forward to seeing folks in August.
