We're less than a week from seeing you all at the LGBTQ Interest Group! 

Meeting details:

We wanted to share our suggested agenda and a few items in advance. 

Introductions: we encourage folks to do introductions in the conference app. We will also ask folks to share introductions in the meeting chat function

Call for leadership opportunities and transitions: This year, current IG leadership is hoping to pass along this great opportunity to other members of the group. As with each year, we encourage those who are interested to join the leadership of the Interest Group to help plan conference content, facilitate messaging, and respond to current events. If you are interested, we will have time to answer questions during the Interest Group meeting as well as offline via email. 

Policy statements: We are seeking input from folks interested in working to develop explicit SGIM statements on sports participation for transgender athletes and access to gender-affirming medical care.
 

Break out groups: We will have time to discuss Education, Research, and Policy
