We hope this email finds you well following the wonderful SGIM conference in Denver!
A few items for folks so that we can continue to grow and strengthen the SGIM LGBT Interest Group:
1) Thank you, Dr. Rita Lee, for leading the LGBT Interest Group!
2) We have two new Committees: Research (Lead: Carl Streed, cjstreed@gmail.com) and Education (Leads: Jenny Siegel Chris Terndrup terndrup@ohsu.edu)
3) Next year's meeting theme is "Courage to Lead: Equity, Advocacy, and Engagement in Turbulent times." Dr. Rita Lee will be on the Program Committee next year and is soliciting suggestions for special symposia or speakers (Rita.lee@ucdenver.edu)
We discussed the creation of community documents to help folks develop projects and find collaborators (feel free to provide edits/additions):

These documents can be edited, so please feel free to provide salient updates and suggestions.
