The Fenway Institute is looking for a motivated and visionary Deputy Director to help lead our division of Education and Training. The Fenway Institute is an interdisciplinary center for research, training, education, and policy development at the internationally recognizedFenway Health in Boston, Massachusetts. Our Education and Training Division has multiple initiatives including:
the National LGBT Health Education Center that provides training and technical assistance on culturally affirming care for LGBTQ patients at health centers
the Evidence-informed Interventions Coordinating Center for Technical Assistance that works with health systems to implement interventions for people living with HIV
the LGBT Aging Project that provides services for education and care for LGBT elders
In addition, the Center provides LGBTQ health-focused training and technical assistance for healthcare organizations across the country as requested. The Deputy Director will partner closely with the Director to chart the Education Division’s future growth and strategic response to an ever-increasing demand for the Division’s services. This position is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
