  • 1.  Tools to evaluate elective rotations

    Hello everyone,

    I have recently introduced a new resident elective rotation in Hospital Medicine at my institution.  Thus far, the general feedback has been quite positive.  I am interested to know whether any of you use or have experience with a particular tool to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of an elective rotation.  In addition, for those who evaluate such elective experiences, what specific endpoints have you focused on?

    Interested in any thoughts or advice.
