AMC-FQHC Collaboration Group

Hi All - I am looking forward to SGIM 2026!  On Thursday May 7th, 2026 from 1-2pm, we have our inaugural interest group meeting!  It will be in the Annapolis 2 room!  I hope to see lots of you there!  

Click here for an agenda.  I plan to have simple introductions of our roles/ideas/scholarly work and discussion on collaboration mainly focused on educational projects in FQHCs.  Please also try to read this article prior to the meeting to provide a foundation to our discussion.   

Of note, some of us are leading a workshop on this very topic on Saturday morning 5/9 from 8:45am to 9:45am in Chesapeake D-E.  Please try to come to this to continue our discussion!  

Welcome to the our AMC-FQHC Collaboration interest group.  The goal of this group is to support those who have developed, are building, or are interested in establishing relationships between academic medical centers and/or medical schools and federally qualified health centers (or FQHC look-alikes).  These relationships are varied but can include clinical, research, and/or educational collaborations.  The group will serve as a discussion board, resource library, and hub of scholarly production in this area.  We have had and will continue to have quarterly meetings to discuss collaborations and questions.  Thank you for joining!
