Sorry, I can't make that time.  I hate to miss the group, but that's right in the middle of my clinic.  I had blocked out the March 4 date months in advance.

I'll read over any minutes or notes from the call.  Hope all goes well!

    Hi SGIM Long COVID team,

I am attaching the PDF of the POTS screening handout we created for our clinic. I have found it very useful as a screening tool, having patients fill out the 2nd page table and sending me a picture of it through our portal. I use it principally as screening to help triage who needs tilt table, but honestly I have found it to be more informative than formal testing in many cases. Here is also the link so it can be accessed online:

I am also linking below the Canva link as an editable file. You all have permission to edit and rebrand with your logos for your clinics, but our marketing team insists that if you do please include the text "Sourced from UT Health Austin's Post-COVID-19 Program; Illustrations by Shriya Alli" in the document to give credit to the UT undergrad who helped me make it. Please do not edit this Canva file directly but make a personal copy before editing.
