Pain Medicine Interest Group

To assemble a group of General Interests who have clinical, educational and research interests in the field of Pain Medicine. The group will meet annually at the SGIM national meeting to discuss new developments in pain medicine. The goal of the meeting will be to organize and develop precourses, workshops and updates in pain medicine for future annual meetings. Other interest group goals will include developing pain medicine clinical guidelines and curricula for general internists, collaborating on national and regional pain medicine educational and research activities.
