Welcome to SGIM Mentor Match! This program offers members of all career levels the chance to engage in one-on-one, in-person mentorship related to career growth and the practice of general internal medicine at the SGIM Annual Meeting.
The success of this program is due to the generosity of SGIM members willing to share time, insight, and experience with other SGIM members. As a mentee, it will be your responsibility to seek a mentor and pursue a mentor match - including following-up on any mentor messages in a timely manner.
Here are the steps to successfully complete your enrollment and begin your mentor search:
- Make sure to complete your member profile (which is populated with some of your membership information) so that potential Mentors can learn more about you. Be sure to add a photo, include information in your bio and details of your job history.
- Make selections for each of the demographics below to set your preferences.
- Once your profile is saved, you can begin your search for a mentor.
