I am interested in the promotion of integrated patient care and in promotion of education programs which teach integrated care to physicians in training and clinical programs which actually provide such care. I also believe that informed patients care for themselves better and so I am interested in public speaking/public education on specific health topics and on the general idea of health promotion. I look forward to being a TEACH Fellow over the next year and learning from my colleagues about ways in which I might better achieve these goals of diffusing my knowledge outward.
