I am the Division Chief for Academic Internal Medicine and the Center for Inclusion Health at the Allegheny Health Network in Pittsburgh, PA. The Center for Inclusion Health is a unique division within the Medicine Institute that focuses on improving systems of health care for populations of people that are traditionally excluded in mainstream health. The bulk of my clinical work is outpatient primary care in the resident teaching continuity clinic but I also attend on the inpatient teaching teams several times a year.
I have three children, twins aged 10 and a 5 year old. These days, the majority of my time outside of medicine is spent on various sporting fields, cheering them on in their way too many sporting events.
