I am a Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Colorado. My primary academic interests lie in leadership, advocacy, and LGBT health. I direct our new health systems science pillar for the School of Medicine. My other role is Director of the Health Equity in Action Lab (HEAL) which provides training in DEI and health equity related topics for our health professions campus. I'm also one of the founding members of our UCHealth Integrated Transgender Program.
