Dr. Ro-Jay Reid is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM). He began his academic journey with a B.S. in Biochemistry from Oakwood University and earned his M.D. from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center and joined WCM in 2021 as an health services research fellow.
Since joining WCM, Dr. Reid earned an M.S. in Clinical Epidemiology and Health Services Research. He now serves as Associate Director for Community Mentoring within the fellowship program, where he supports the development of future clinician-researchers.
Dr. Reid’s research focuses on social risk factors and healthy aging, informed by his humanitarian work in Haiti and Mozambique.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, photography, and drawing inspiration from the outdoors.
