Marshfield Clinic Health System

Bio

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2013 and completed my internal medicine residency training in 2016 at the Marshfield Clinic in Wisconsin, where I am now on staff as an ambulatory internist. In addition to having my own clinical practice, I staff the outpatient resident clinic weekly and periodically work with the residents and students on the inpatient wards. I am also active with the rural training program I once participated in as a student, the Wisconsin Academy for Rural Medicine (WARM), serving as the assistant site director in Marshfield and sitting on the program’s admissions committee. I am also the clerkship director for a fourth year medical student rotation, and am assisting in curriculum development for the UWSMPH at our clinical training site.

Outside of work, I enjoy helping my black lab pup, Millie, burn off her abundant energy with long walks, snowshoes, skis, runs, and bikes-whatever works-through the woods. I also enjoy pub trivia, campfires, ice hockey, softball, Netflix, cooking, eating, and curling. I also like to travel. I recently went to Vietnam with a friend who was born and raised there. It was a trip unlike any other, and I look forward to many more adventures in the years to come!
