I am a Clinical Assistant Professor and Outpatient Core Faculty member with the Washington State University Internal Medicine Residency. My clinical interests are in substance use disorder treatment, persistent physical symptoms, and honing my patient-centered communication. My academic interests include teaching about health equity, particularly around communication skills to advance equity. I am also interested in the influences on professional identity formation around the physician's role in promoting equity.
