The SGIM Clinical Practice Committee is launching a pilot mentorship program in clinical practice redesign. We are seeking both mentors and mentees for low‑burden, topic‑focused, virtual mentoring around outpatient practice improvement projects. Interest welcome at any career stage and regardless of prior SGIM involvement.
The program will pair mentees with experienced clinicians around shared areas of interest, forming small groups that work together virtually. Projects could be financial, patient care, tech use, workflow optimization…any area of clinical outpatient care!
