Career Fair

We invite you to be part of our Career Fair and Exhibit program, to be held from April 11-13, 2018 in Denver. Join the 2500 meeting participants to share your position openings, fellowships and programs of interest to our audience of researchers, GIM faculty and clinicians. We also have over 400 trainees and representation from public, private and government agencies.

General Information

Date: Wednesday - Friday, April 11-13, 2018
Location: Sheraton Downtown Denver Hotel Plaza Exhibit Foyer
Fees:

• 6'x2' Table tops ($1800 nonprofit / $2500 commercial)
• 10'x10' Booths ($3500 nonprofit / $5000 commercial)

Deliverables:

• 1 Full Conference Registration and 1 extra badge - Value: $975 (second registration discounted at $325 (save more than $600)
• 10’ x 10’ booth or 6’ x 2’ Recruitment Table (includes draped table, two side chairs, one wastebasket, and an electrical outlet). Additional services available.
• Access to Private Interview Room- per scheduled availability
• Company Recognition on Annual Meeting Website, Walk-In Slides and Social Media Communications
• Participant Guest Room Hotel Rate -pending room availability
• Register by November 15th for inclusion in meeting Preliminary Program! Final Program deadline is February 28, 2018.
• SGIM to also provide guidelines to exhibitors on how to promote themselves
